Mountain sol Retreat Accommodation Information

We understand life happens. Below is our cancellation policy to ensure that we can keep providing top-tier experiences while protecting both your investment and our planning time.

Deposit

• A $350 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot in the retreat. This deposit will go toward your total retreat cost and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  
  

Cancellations Before May 27, 2025

• If you cancel your spot before May 27, 2025, you will receive a refund minus your $350 deposit.

• Your spot may also be transferred to another person of your choosing, but please inform us of the change at least 7 days before the retreat.
  
  

Cancellations After May 27, 2025

• If you cancel your spot after May 27, 2025, no refund will be given, but your spot can still be transferred to another person.

• In the case of cancellation after May 27, we may offer a credit for a future retreat at our discretion (credit does not apply to the deposit).
  
  

No Shows

• If you do not show up for the retreat without prior notice, no refund or credit will be issued.
