We get it—plans can shift. This cancellation policy exists to honor the energy and preparation we put into each retreat, while also respecting your investment and commitment.
Deposit
A $350 deposit is required to reserve your spot, and will be applied toward your total retreat cost. This deposit is non-refundable, as it allows us to begin preparing accommodations, meals, and materials for your experience.
Cancellations Before May 27, 2025
If you cancel your spot before May 27, 2025, you will receive a refund minus your $350 deposit.
Your spot may also be transferred to another person of your choosing, but please inform us of the change at least 14 days before the retreat.
Cancellations After May 27, 2025
If you cancel your spot after May 27, 2025, no refund will be given, but your spot can still be transferred to another person.
No Shows
If you do not attend the retreat and haven’t notified us in advance, we’re unable to offer any refund or credit.
We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance to protect your investment in case something unexpected comes up. If you have any questions or need support, we’re always here—just reach out.
